What do I do for my clients?
With the unique challenges that come with pregnancy, my goal is to ensure you have the right nutrition to promote optimal growth and prevent complications. By providing tailored nutrient recommendations, I work with you to address your individual needs, helping you feel confident and supported throughout your pregnancy journey. Pregnancy is isolating enough, you don’t need to figure it all out on your own!

Hi, I’m Annie!
GET TO KNOW ME
I’m a Prenatal Registered Dietitian. It is a passion of mine to help women learn how to eat to support a healthy pregnancy! With all of the fad diets and outdates nutrition advice online, it can feel incredibly confusing figuring what you should actually be eating to support your health and pregnancy. I will teach you how to feel confident in what to eat (an not eat) and support you at every step of the way.
I am a Registered Dietitian accredited through the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR) with a Bachelor’s of Science in Nutrition from Oakland University and a Master’s of Science in Human Nutrition and Health from Eastern Michigan University. Here I completed my 1,200+ hours of supervised practice working under amazing Registered Dietitians in the field. I spent my specialty rotation working alongside pediatric and prenatal dietitians at Women, Infant and Children (WIC), the Maternal Infant Health Program (MIHP) and community programs where I learned how to help my clients grow healthy babies inside and outside of the womb.
